  • We do not guarantee job placement, employment outcomes, or business results from any documents we prepare.

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information.

  • Ensure all submitted content is truthful and does not infringe on any third‑party rights.

  • Review delivered documents and request revisions within the specified revision period (if applicable).

  • Use the documents responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and may be adjusted based on workload or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Final documents will be delivered digitally via email or through our platform.

5. Revisions

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of personalized services, payments are non‑refundable once work has started.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases where no work has been initiated. A standard refund processing and administrative fee of USD 15, or its equivalent in another currency, will be charged.

  • We retain the right to use non‑identifiable samples of our work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Clients may not resell, distribute, or claim authorship of our proprietary templates or materials.

  • We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability
